01 / CHALLENGE
Patients often struggle to find hospitals by specialization, locality, and treatment type — especially under time pressure. Providers need a clear way to publish services; families need more than a directory when emergencies or after-care support are involved.
The product brief was to build a consumer-facing healthcare platform that combines searchable hospital listings, personal medical record storage, short-lived emergency requests, and adjacent support services — without inventing clinical claims the product does not make.
02 / APPROACH
We designed HospitalEase around searchable provider listings (city, locality, specialization, and treatment pathways such as dental, orthopedic, and cancer care), personal medical-record upload and management, and an emergency request flow that prioritizes urgent messages and automatically expires them after a fixed window.
Beyond acute care discovery, the platform also surfaces related administrative and community support pathways so families can navigate adjacent needs from one place.
03 / CAPABILITIES
Browse and filter hospitals by city, locality, medical treatments, and specializations.
Upload and manage prescriptions, imaging, lab reports, and related records in one account.
Post short, time-bound assistance requests that are prioritized and auto-removed after 12 hours.
Hospitals can list facilities, services, and treatments to reach patients searching for care.
04 / STACK
05 / OUTCOME
HospitalEase launched as a live healthcare platform — connecting patients to hospitals and support services with searchable listings, records management, and emergency request tooling.
We continue to treat published outcomes carefully: this case study describes product scope and capabilities, not invented patient volumes or clinical ROI.
